Understanding how you co-create
NOTE: This
is an excerpt from the book The
Least You Should Know About Life.
If you are to create a better life for yourself, you must understand
the creative process. You must understand how you have co-created your
present circumstances so you can learn how to co-create a better future.
It is now possible to outline the process through which you co-create.

Everything in the material universe is created out of one substance,
namely spiritual energy, the Ma-ter Light. Yet before this light can
manifest as physical matter and physical forms, it must be lowered into
the vibrational spectrum of the material realm. The Earth was created
by Beings in the spiritual realm and you are here to help build upon
the foundation that was provided. In order to fill this role as a co-creator,
you must have the ability to receive high-vibration spiritual light
and bring it into the material spectrum. This light comes from your
spiritual self, your I AM Presence, and it constantly streams into your
lower being.
Ideally, the stream of spiritual light should be directed by your conscious
self. The light first flows into the highest level of your lower being,
namely your identity body. If your conscious self has built the highest
possible sense of identity, you will see yourself as a spiritual being
who is here to express your spiritual individuality. You will know how
to do this within the framework of the spiritual and natural laws that
are set up to ensure the harmony of the universe. You will have no selfish
intentions but will seek only to magnify every positive aspect of your
life. This will multiply your talents and raise up both yourself and
all life.

The light that streams through your identity body will take on certain
forms or images. These will not yet be physical forms, for they still
vibrate above the level of physical matter. The Greek philosopher Plato
taught that everything in the physical world was made from “ideal
forms” in a higher realm. If your identity body is pure, you will
create such ideal forms or images. Furthermore, in a pure identity body
there will be nothing to block the light, meaning that the full force
of the light from your spiritual self will flow into your mental body.
Ideally, your mental body is the place where you make your creation
more concrete. The identity body is comparable to an architect’s
sketches, but the mental body is where you create the blueprint that
shows the building in every detail. When you start with a good foundation
from your identity body and when your mental body is pure, your thoughts
will be in harmony with the higher desires and plans in your identity
body. Likewise, the force of the light will not be diminished and will
flow unhindered into your emotional body.
An architect might make up a plan for several houses but can only build
one. Thoughts are more fluid than feelings, so it is at the level of
the emotional body that you decide which plan to carry out. It is also
here you decide when to set it in motion, and this is what gives you
the impetus to act. If your emotions are pure, balanced and harmonious,
your emotional body will be in harmony with your highest desires and
plans. And once again, this will allow the energy to stream unhindered
into the level of physical matter.

At the level of the matter universe and your physical body, the energy
will manifest in two forms. The obvious one is that you take some kind
of physical action which leads to a specific result. If your action
is guided by the highest vision from your identity body, by pure thoughts
and harmonious emotions, it will have the maximum power and the result
will be positive for yourself and others. Yet beyond your outer actions,
the energy that has passed through your identity, mental and emotional
bodies will also have another effect.
As stated earlier, the creative process can be compared to a movie projector
and when the light reaches the material level, your mental process will
literally project an image upon the Ma-ter Light in the material spectrum.
You are, so to speak, projecting an image unto the screen of life, unto
the cosmic mirror, and the universe will mirror back to you physical
circumstances that reflect the images you have created in the different
levels of your mind. Obviously, this concept is not taught in schools
or Sunday schools across this planet, so it will take some contemplation
for you to internalize what is actually happening.
